What is the cost idea of an EB modular house/villa and building?
The cost varies depending on size, scale, and specifications of your order. Generally, EB modular homes are more affordable than traditional construction or a general capsule house, with prices ranging from $380 to $800 per square meter (depending on internal configuration and selected model).
Can the EB modular capsule space house be relocated after assembly?

How many people are needed to assemble one unit of an EB modular house?

How to proceed with the EB modular space house & villa foundation?
Marking and laying out the foundation: start by measuring and marking your foundation as follows: Digging footings, Installing reinforcement, Pouring concrete, Curing and waterproofing. How is an EB Modular Capsule Space different from a capsule home?
EB Modular Capsule Space houses are larger and available in multiple sectors. They are designed for efficient shipping, with a capability to load up to five i-shape mini units (18 sqm, 193 sq ft) into a 40-foot HQ container. In contrast, typical capsule homes are compact, pre-finished units with integrated interiors and are often shipped via freight with higher per-unit shipping costs.

How long does the entire process take?
Typically, the entire process takes around 30–60 days, including production and installation.
Do I need land before buying?
Yes. Because this is a readymade installation, you usually need land or a designated placement area, and any required approvals.
Are permits required?
Permits depend on your country and state. In many locations, permits are required by local authorities. If the EB house is built on private land (backyard/garden), permitting rules may vary. In 2016, EB also offered a model under 120 sq ft, and EB also provided a trolley that allows the i-shape model and expandable models to be installed on top of it, and the house unit can be removed freely at any time, which enables permit-waived installation in many US states.
Or if it is a 2026 expandable capsule space house model, like the EP-01, 37 sqm (398sq feet)model, it shall require 4 workers in 6-8 hours to complete one house unit.
Can I visit an EB Enterprise factory?
Yes. You can visit the EB office in Shenzhen (the HQ and display units are just 15 minutes from the Shenzhen International Airport) or the factory in Dongguan, China.
