We design and manufacture customizable modular villas and buildings with exterior and interior customisation. No size limitations—up to 3 floors for estates, resorts, Airbnb, clinics, offices, and personal use. Container-optimised delivery (e.g., 5 × 18 sqm or 4 × 25 sqm space capsule units in a single 40HQ). End-to-end support, including land planning, project completion, and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance and local trucking in most countries.

We provide an open-circuit layout, specifically designed for long-term usability and quick maintenance. All wiring is concealed within aluminum alloy ceiling raceways, facilitating future replacement and repairs.

Custom interior design and setting

Interior design is fully customized based on the client's request and selection of favors.

All models adopt the "ERSD" design concept, with all pipelines and electrical wiring layouts not running along walls or exposed, significantly enhancing aesthetics and facilitating long-term maintenance and future replacements.

All external decorative components are not merely for decoration—they also serve as pipeline coverings for the entire house, effectively managing pipeline maintenance and future replacements.

Every component of the house can be pre-assembled and packed into a 40-foot HQ container, capable of holding five units of 18sqm, model I-shaped mini.
