The cost varies depending on size, scale, and specifications of your order. Generally, EB modular homes are more affordable than traditional construction or a general capsule house, with prices ranging from $380 to $800 per square meter (depending on internal configuration and selected model).
How durable and long-lasting is the EB modular house?
EB modular houses are built to be durable. With quality materials and proper maintenance, they can last 50 years or more.
Can I customise the house design and layout?
Yes. EB offers customizable options for floor plans, finishes, and features to suit your needs, including options for covered houses, cafes, retail shops, and restaurants. EB can also provide the entire construction-site design with other amenities and facilities, under varying environments such as a mountain cliff house or desert villa.
How long does it take to build and install an EB modular capsule space house?
On-site construction typically takes 4 to 10 days (for 18–78 sqm) after the modules are fabricated by a local contractor. The total project timeline ranges from 1 to 2 months, depending on complexity and customization.

Can the EB modular capsule space house be relocated after assembly?

How many people are needed to assemble one unit of an EB modular house?

How to proceed with the EB modular space house & villa foundation?
Marking and laying out the foundation: start by measuring and marking your foundation as follows: Digging footings, Installing reinforcement, Pouring concrete, Curing and waterproofing. How does the EB modular space capsule house ship?
Unlike the general capsule houses, the EB modular house & villa uses 40-foot high-cube (40HQ) shipping with pre-installed parts and materials, which can reduce shipping costs. For example, we can load 5 units of i-shape mini (18 sqm) into a 40HQ, and 40HQ shipping costs are much lower than some capsule-house shipping methods. Are the EB modular house & villa utilities ready?
Yes. Plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC are pre-installed and come with the shipment. Most utilities are plug-and-connect on site. You will still need a local contractor to complete on-site connections and installation.
What warranties and after-sales support does EB provide?
We offer a 10-year major structural warranty and a 1-year warranty on other parts.
Note: Our warranty covers parts only and does not include labor costs. The warranty applies only if the product is installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Damage caused by environments not suitable for the product is not covered.
What currencies does EB Enterprise accept for payment?
In addition to bank transfers in USD and EUR, we accept most local bank transfers in currencies such as AUD, AED, BRL, CZK, GHS, GBP, IDR, INR, KRW, MXN, MYR, NGN, PHP, SAR, SEK, SGD, THB, VND, XOF, and ZAR, as well as PayPal and Western Union (WU).
