What is the cost of an EB modular house and building?
The cost varies depending on the size and specifications of your order. Generally, EB modular homes are more affordable than traditional construction, with prices ranging from $350 to $750 per square meter (depending on the internal configuration and series of models).
How durable and long-lasting is the EB modular house?
EB GX-Stage modular houses are built to be durable. With quality materials and proper maintenance, they can last 50 years or more.
Can I customize the design and layout?
Yes, EB offers customizable options for floor plans, finishes, and features to suit your needs, including options for covered houses, cafes, retail shops, restaurants, and more.
How long does it take to build and install an EB modular capsule space house?
On-site construction typically takes 4 to 10 days (for 17-78 sqm) after the modules are fabricated by a local contractor. The total project timeline ranges from 1 to 2 months, depending on complexity and customization.
What warranties and after-sales support does EB provide?
We offer a 10-year major structural warranty, and a 1-year warranty on other parts.
Note: Our warranty covers parts only. It does not include labor costs. The warranty applies only if the product is installed, used, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Damage caused by environments not suitable for the product is not covered.
Can EB modular capsule space house be removed later?
Yes, EB modular houses can be disassembled or relocated using crane lift and trailer transport.
How many people are needed to assemble one unit of an EB modula houses house?
Typically, around 4 workers are required to assemble a 17-25 sqm model with fixtures and furniture. The assembly duration depends on the specific project scope.
What currencies does GX-Stage accept for payment?
In addition to bank transfers in USD and EUR, we accept most local bank transfers in currencies such as AUD, AED, BRL, CZK, GHS, GBP, IDR, INR, KRW, MXN, MYR, NGN, PHP, SAR, SEK, THB, VND, XOF, and ZAR, as well as PayPal and Western Union (WU).
